The activation codes are sent to customers via email to the address entered in the order process. It can happen that our emails are mistakenly discarted as undesired mail and you never see our emails.
If after 8/12 hours since the purchase you have not seen our Activation email, please look inside the Junk/Spam folder in your email client for any emails from ILEXSOFT Customer Service.
It will also be helpful to mark our emails as NOT spam, so that the mail clients can learn to accept them.
