First, thanks for all the help!! Question....I don't see where to do a leader arrow. Also, can I have a different arrow head than the ones I use for my dimensions?

Leader texts can be inserted via the Radial Dimension tool. If you click over a circle or arc, that tool inserts a dimension associated with that object. If you click on a blank point or a non-circular object, you insert a leader label.

Once inserted, text and graphic properties can be edited via the Dimensions Properties panel.
Arrows can be changed in the Dimension Properties panel, Graphics.
