Select the component items of the symbol, then choose File > Save Special > New Symbol..., give it a name and a proper location inside your Library folder. The new symbol is ready to use.

Re: leader text blocks

I'm noting up some drawings, wall sections and elevations. Wish we had a tool to start of a line with an arrow, click to set the end of the leader, then open up a text box for note entry. You described the exact behaviour of the Radial Dimension tool: select the Dimesions tool, Radial Dimension met...

Something I noticed is that one click on my McNally Mouse Jr. USB mouse equals two zooms That's true, it is something we noticed as well with our Logitech mice. It would be interesting to see if more mouse models show this behaviour. If there is anybody who is experiencing a double zoom per click. ...

Trevor M-L wrote: is it possible to get the Scroll Wheel Zoom to operate by zooming in on the cursor location rather than the centre of the window view...??
Of course it is possible! Scroll-wheel zooming is a new feature and there is room for improvement. Feedback about its implementation is welcome.

Okay, now that 1.4 is out I can talk...

Check out the new Quick Info window that pops up when you select an item of another sheet. You can now switch to that sheet just by clicking its name.

Hope you like it!

Oh, and thanks for the request!

Re: I wish for a way to change to a objects layer

With that bubble open, I'd like to be able to keyboard shortcut to the selected object's sheet... rather than having to select the sheet from the palette. We've considered your suggestion and... you'll see when the new update is out. 2 more weeks and the drawings are getting more complex and HD 1.3...

Re: a suggestion ...

One thing that amazes me though is how cumbersome both products are to get around a drawing, and I am wondring whether this is because of the lack of a third Mac mouse button until recently? Maybe, sure. However, if you are used to the procedures of one program, you are most likely going to find od...
