Items still disappearing from the drawing !

Hi everybody,

Am I the only one who experience items suddenly disappearing from the drawing without any chance to recover them ?

I have already warned Andrew and his team several times about this (never solved) bug which make HD sometime very painful to be used...

We worked on that issue a lot in the past and had not received any reports in the last couple of years, but apparently the issue is not yet completely resolved. We have been working on that again in the past month following another report and will release an update as soon as possible.

In the meantime, any additional information you may have could help us resolve the issue more quickly.
- Do the disappeared objects involve or are inside groups?
- Does it happen during the normal operations on a project or after re-opening a saved file?
- What version are you using, and macOS or Windows?
- Do you save files on cloud folders such as Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, etc.?
- Also, if you could send us the file it would be very helpful. You can attach to an email to support.

Here are my answers :
- Do the disappeared objects involve or are inside groups?
The disappearing objects are independent but a whole group can disappear.
- Does it happen during the normal operations on a project or after re-opening a saved file?
Always during the normal operations.
- What version are you using, and macOS or Windows?
The problem is old and begun with MacOS High Sierra and is still alive in MacOS Sequoia.
- Do you save files on cloud folders such as Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, etc.?
Yes, we use Dropbox.
- Also, if you could send us the file it would be very helpful. You can attach to an email to support.

Hi Andrew,

Maybe is there a clue, for the first time I saw an item disappearing lively when I only used to notice the missing item after its disappearance. This happened when I was grouping 2 objects (a line and an arc). At the same moment the whole floor disappeared with no way to cancel anything.
