Can't split an arc with a vertical line

Hi,
I noticed a strange bug with the "split" tool.
If I draw an arc and a vertical line which cross it, the "split" tool will not operate on the arc with the vertical line.
Now if draw an oblique line crass in the arc, the "split" tool will work with this line.
It also works with an horizontal line, only the vertical lines don't work.

I've not been able to use any tools on arcs - trim, extend, etc. Does the fix correct this and if so can you give us an idea when it will be released? Thank you!
