Hello All,
Before 'layout' and 'sheet' and 'detail' I used a title sheet template that contained all the repetitive info such as project name, client name etc and then adjusted the text for individual sheets on individual drawing sheets, ie drawing number, date, scale etc.
I am struggling to figure out how to make a new title block or use the HD A1 title block at A3. I've watched the video but there is only about 3 seconds of it looking very straight forward and I can't get that to happen.
I'm assuming I should be making it in a 'layout'. Do I draw up the title block in layout and then add the attributes? But then I only have the information that doesn't change for each sheet to be printed. How do I keep the drawing number, title, scale and date for each sheet? Do I have to make a title block layout for every sheet? That doesn't seem right.
Any advice welcome, thank you. Emma

Re: Title Sheets
Me again,
I am being a muppet aren't I? Creating a layout for each sheet is exactly what I have to do. I get it now, just have to change how I think about using the new system.
Where as before I had each drawing on a different sheet now I can have everything on one sheet and then make multiple layouts... ?
Any advice on title blocks still welcome, thank you.

Re: Title Sheets
Hi Emma, we've just posted an article on our blog describing more in detail the different approaches to layouts and the differences between the specialised sheets. It also describes the basics of using title blocks.
