Inserting an image

Post by GlennC »

When I insert a jpeg image (practice logo) into a drawing layout, the image has disappeared when the file is next opened, although the 'frame' remains when selected. Happens intermittently. there a simple solution? Thanks!

I am also experiencing this bug, in my case with PDFs.

1) Insert PDF (single sheet, format A4) into drawing.
2) Save drawing and quit HighDesign.
3) Reopen drawing.
4) The image has disappeared, but the bounding box can be selected as if something were still there.

It seems as if the first PDF inserted in to the drawing does not suffer from this problem, but subsequent ones do.

Choosing to store the image as JPEG or PNG has no effect.

Thanks for the report. We're investigating this situation but have not been able to reproduce it so far. If you have any additional details about it please share them with us. Thanks!

Thanks Andrew.

Opening up this morning, my jpegs are still in place, so problem seems to be self-solved. I'll let you know if it reoccurs.

I have submitted a request for a support ticket on another issue regarding the wall tool. I tried to attach a movie, but it seems the file is too large. Is there a way I can send it to you?

Problema con la visualizzazione delle immagini. File importato da una versione precedente di HD. Con HD 8.2 si seleziona un riquadro che dovrebbe essere l'immagine esistente, ma non si vede nulla. Come si può fare apparire l'immagine ?
Grazie
